For Your Comfort 

We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members of our staff. If your regular technician is unavailable at the time you desire, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule with anyone on our team.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your spa treatments to ensure your full service and enjoyment of your spa service.

Our environment is not safe for babies and children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate it if you would make child care arrangements before your appointment.

We ask that you kindly give 24-hours cancellation notice or a service fee may be charged.

We require a 25% deposit on all spa packages, which is refundable in full with a 72-hour cancellation notice.

Gift certificates are transferable, may be redeemed for product as well as services, and are non-refundable.
